   Frau Vorsitzende, unsere Mandantin, eine Apfelweinwirtschaft in Sachsenhausen, hat dem Kläger infolge wiederholter Unhöflichkeit gegenüber Gästen fristgerecht gekündigt. Eine Abmahnung war vorausgegangen.

   Your Honour, our client, a cider tavern in Sachsenhausen, dismissed the claimant with due notice as a result of repeated rudeness towards guests. A formal warning had been given beforehand.

   In Frankfurt that's not an insult, it's keeping up local tradition. Right, now as your boss again: if the judge saw it even half the way I do, you'd be left empty-handed.

   Aber deshalb ist die Kündigung doch nicht hinfällig! Eine mündliche Abmahnung ist genauso wirksam, das steht in jedem Kommentar.

    That's exactly why I'd recommend a settlement: severance by the rule of thumb, half a month's pay per year, which makes nine and a half. If he loses, he has to pay the back wages and gets his waiter back anyway.

    Verstanden, lieber Vergleich als Vergeltung. Wobei ich den Cola-Gast, unter uns gesagt, auch nach Offenbach geschickt hätte.
